Thank you for considering a
membership at WedPro Search Association.
WedPro Search Association is a product of Sound
Stage Entertainment, Ltd. an Ohio Limited Liability
Company. Our
staff of industry professionals working hard to
provide you with the very best association in the
Wedding Industry. By joining Sound Stage
Entertainment, Ltd., (as a free or paid member), you agree
to the following terms and conditions:

WedPro Search Association will try to give you
as many industry and non-industry member
benefits as possible. However, we
can not guarantee any amount of benefits at any
time. While we will seek to only
provide benefits from quality organizations, we
will not be responsible for any business
transaction that you conduct with any third
party vendors. Vendors may also
cancel their member benefit offer at any time,
with or without notice.

WedPro Search Association will always try to
keep it's member search at the top of the major
search engines, however, WedPro Search can not
guarantee top placement on any third party
search engine. Sound Stage
Entertainment, Ltd. does not guarantee any specific
amount of customer leads from our web site.
It is up to you to use our site to it's maximum
potential to drive customers to your web site.

Once you pay for a paid membership to WedPro
Search Association (Regardless of your paid
membership term), the money is considered earned
and is not refundable. Unless you
cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your
membership term expiration, you will be
automatically billed for another matching term
as your pervious membership term.

Membership benefits may change at any time.
Benefits may be added, removed, or changed, with
or without notice. A complete list

You agree that you will hold harmless Sound
Stage Entertainment, Ltd., its owners, directors, employees or
volunteers for any action regarding your
membership at Sound Stage Entertainment, Ltd..

No member (Free or paid) may use our site to
upload any images, text or other content that is
not "Wedding Industry" related.
Furthermore, you agree that you own all
copyrighted material or have express permission
to use any copyrighted material that you upload
from the copyright owner. You agree
to hold harmless and indemnify Sound Stage
Entertainment, Ltd.,
its owners, employees, and volunteers for any
improper use of any copyrighted material or any
written text that you place on the WedPro Site
or any of our related internet sites.

You are confirming that your company conforms to
the standard industry practices that are
associated with your profession within the
Wedding Industry and that you will continue to
keep your business practices legal and do your
very best to maintain a quality of service that
meets the industry standard.

You agree that WedPro Search Association. may
send you periodic e-mails with member
announcements, industry news and events, and
special offers from our industry alliances
during the term of your membership. You
agree in advance that these e-mails are not
SPAM, and will not forward them to any internet
company claiming as such. You
understand that the only way for Sound Stage
Entertainment, Ltd.
to remove your e-mail from our list is to remove
your membership from the association.

Your privacy is very important to us.
We will NEVER intentionally sell, give, trade of
otherwise transfer your membership to any third
party for their own marketing usage.
However, we can not prevent anyone from manually
visiting our web site and obtaining your
information manually.
