Wedding and Video Events uses 3 High Definition Digital Camcorders throughout the ceremony on all packages and an additional 2 cameras for most packages as standard. This is to insure that the best moments are captured discretely and are included in your final edited package. Having worked in live television, the addition of these different camera shots adds dimension to the final product. The camcorders used are small but very powerful and record at High Definition (1920x1080).

Options/Extras:
Extras will be approved in writing before commencing work.
- Photo Montage: $200 (up to 75 pictures)
- Projector w/screen rental for video montage at reception: $200+$50 setup fee
- Love Story/pre-wedding interview w/Bride and Groom: $400
- Getting ready coverage/preparations of Bride and Groom on wedding day: $300
- Video guest book: Interviews/comments from family, bridal party and guests. $300
- Highlights/recap for posting to the web/iPod/portable video devices: $200
- Camcorder rental for Honeymoon trip: $200/wk (unedited video added to separate DVD)
- Additional DVD or VHS copy: $10 each
- Rush Editing (within 1 week): $200 {normal editing is 4-6 weeks)
- Live streaming of event is optional at $300 for the day.
- Non-wedding events at $200/hr. with editing or $100/hr for straight video footage.
Terms
of payment for services will be by cash/check/credit card. $400
non-refundable deposit paid at time of booking. 50% of remainder paid
30 days before wedding and last part of remainder paid upon delivery of
edited DVD.
NOTE: If the selected package w/desired option(s)
is paid in full at time of booking the event, then total price reduced
by 5% if paid by credit/debit cards or up to 10% if paid by cash or
check.
